Within my work, I come from a trauma-informed approach that employs a multifaceted therapeutic approach, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to provide comprehensive and effective support for clients of all ages.

Using evidence-based approaches such as Trauma-Informed Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I help clients process and integrate their trauma, reduce distressing symptoms, and foster a sense of empowerment and resilience. 
Anxiety: For those struggling with anxiety, I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to help manage and reduce symptoms. Together, we will identify triggers, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop coping strategies that promote a sense of control and calm in your daily life. 
Depression: Addressing depression involves a collaborative approach to understand and address the underlying causes of your symptoms. Through techniques such as Behavioral Activation and Solution-Focused Therapy, I support clients in setting achievable goals, building positive habits, and finding renewed motivation and hope.
