Have things been feeling off lately? Do you feel stuck or unsure how to move forward? I would be honoured to hear your story and walk with you to find solutions and develop a plan to help you reach your goals.
My approach to therapy is that you are the expert on your life and experiences, so my role is to help you to find the best way to move forward and to empower you to take those steps towards wellness. I use an integrative approach, which means that I will collaboratively choose interventions with you that best suit your needs and your preferences. Training and Registration: Jessica is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Jessica's education also includes a Bachelor of Psychology, Legal Studies and Criminology minor (University of Waterloo) and a Social Service Worker diploma (Fanshawe College). Jessica is a dog mom who enjoys a great book. She is looking forward to hearing your story, and the role that she can play to support you in changing it for the better. "Therapy is about understanding the self that you are. But part of getting to know yourself is to unknown yourself - to let go of the limiting stories you've told yourself about who you are so that you aren't trapped by them, so you can live your life and not the story you've been telling yourself about your life." - Lori Gottlieb, Psychotherapist

We acknowledge the land on which our head office is located is the traditional and unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), səl̓ilw̓ətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), q̓íc̓əy̓ (Katzie), kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem), Qayqayt, Kwantlen, Semiahmoo and Tsawwassen peoples. Today this gathering place is home to many First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples, and acknowledging reminds me that our great standard of living is directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous people.
