I work hard to build solid relationships through understanding and trust while offering an opportunity to challenge growth in my clients though healing of the past and paving new paths to the future.

I am well versed in a variety of modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, Mindfulness, Art, Deep Brain Re-orientating and Attachment. This flexibility in treatment is essential to finding the right support for your needs and not having you fit the treatment.
I created Niagara Wellness Centre in 2015, which includes a team of professionals that share my client centred, solution focused treatment methods. As a team we can provide a complete therapy package for families dealing with multiple issues. My community involvement includes Woman's Place South Niagara and Kristen French Child Advocacy Centre Niagara.
