Welcome. I’m Megan, a Registered Clinical Counsellor at Tula Wellness. I’m honoured to support individuals through a client-centred, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming approach. My work is grounded in collaboration, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique story. I support clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, Autism, ADHD, fertility challenges, and the many joys and struggles of parenting. No matter what you’re facing, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I understand that starting therapy can make individuals feel vulnerable, overwhelmed, or even scared. My goal is to create a warm, safe space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what’s happening within you—without judgment. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you deepen your self-understanding, build meaningful coping strategies, and move toward the change you’re seeking. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk alongside you. "Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they're never weakness." — Brené Brown

We acknowledge the land on which our head office is located is the traditional and unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), səl̓ilw̓ətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), q̓íc̓əy̓ (Katzie), kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem), Qayqayt, Kwantlen, Semiahmoo and Tsawwassen peoples. Today this gathering place is home to many First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples, and acknowledging reminds me that our great standard of living is directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous people.
