As part of our mission we are looking for ways to give back to our communities. We do this in a variety of ways. Once such way is through our open support groups we offer. These groups or workshops are free of charge and require no obligation on your part.

TULA Addiction Recovery Community

Being in community is a wonderful way to meet others and become part of a thriving community of people seeking to strengthen their recovery. This addictions recovery support group is a gender-inclusive space that offers open support, resources and space. This group focuses on mindful approach to changing living and developing community.
You'll find meetings geared toward specific topics such as codependency, gratitude, food addiction, yoga & meditation, beginners, 12-Step study, and more. We also offer men's and women's meetings and Spanish speaking meetings. Psychology, science and spirituality are all presented and discussed in a supportive community actively work toward putting the conditions in place to thrive in recovery.
The confidentiality and anonymity of everyone are of the utmost importance at meetings. Everything said or heard at a meeting is confidential and must be kept in the space.
Some of the most powerful and inspiring moments we have as a community happen community of people who understand you and where you're at.
It is of no importance where you are in your recovery journey or what modality of spirituality or recovery you follow – or none - all are welcome here.
